
EASY PATTERN FOR FOUNDATION PAPER-PIECED 15" DAHLIA in 18" QUILT BLOCK! The foundation paper piecing pattern and step by step instructions-- with pictures--for construction (through quick strip-piecing) and assembly of the traditional Dahlia quilt block! This was Block 1 of the immensely popular Dreamcatcher Rainbow Round the Year Quilt which was available on my blog www.patchworkofmylife.com as a Block of the Month.

EXPERTISE LEVEL: INTERMEDIATE. Familiarity with/ knowledge of Foundation Paper Piecing is necessary.
The finished size of the block is 18" square. If you prefer to construct only the inner circle, that finishes at 15" (diameter).
You may use this versatile pattern to make a table runner or cushion cover if not using it for the quilt. Scroll through the images for ideas.

On purchase, you will immediately receive a mail confirming receipt of the same, followed by a mail with download links. The links expire in 72 hours, so you would be well-advised to download the files on a permanent location on your computer asap. Download the files on your device/ computer; do not print directly from the mail/ link. The patterns are designed for printing on A4 size paper, but letter size 8.5" x 11.5" will be fine. Set your printer to 'Actual Size' or 100 % setting before printing.
